Description

Wyoming grown Green Ash cut slab made into a wall clock.  Approximate size is 9″ x 9″.  Some clocks have naturally occurring splits due to drying.  Width of the clock varies from 1″ to 2″.  Clocks run on a AA Battery (not included).  Clocks made by SnJ Brand of Laramie.  Price includes shipping in the Continental US.  Also includes the 10% commission to the Shop Wyoming Board. Due to the ever increasing shipment costs with FedEx and USPS, we are temporarily adding a $20.00 shipping fee to all orders.

Shipping Policy

SnJ Brand will strive to ship the package the following business day after the order is received.  If a physical address is listed for the shipping, the package will be sent via FedEx Ground with a tracking number.  FedEx usually delivers these within 3-5 business days.  If only a POB is listed as the shipping address, the package will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.  USPS usually delivers these within 3-6 business days.  SnJ Brand will only ship in the Continental US.  All packages are insured and it will be the responsibility of the customer to notify SnJ Brand of any problems with the shipment.  SnJ Brand will initiate any insurance claims with the shipment company.  All attempts will be made to send a replacement basket to the customer while the claim is being processed. Customers receive an email acknowledging the order and a follow-up email after the package is shipped and a tracking number is provided with the shipment email.

Refund Policy

If any customer is dissatisfied with the package or items, SnJ Brand will refund the cost of the purchase to the customer.  The customer must contact SnJ Brand regarding the reason of the dissatisfaction and return the package or item to SnJ Brand via the same shipment method before a refund is issued.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

A customer can cancel an order only prior to the shipment by SnJ Brand. If any customer is dissatisfied with the package or items, SnJ Brand will refund the cost of the purchase to the customer.  The customer must contact SnJ Brand regarding the reason of the dissatisfaction and return the package or item to SnJ Brand via the same shipment method before a refund is issued. SnJ Brand reserves the right to substitute items in the basket based on supply inventories.  A substitute item will be comparable in price to the ordered item.
