Description

This is an hand dyed turquoise colored hoodie sublimated with my custom design of Wyoming Buffalo with 307 added.  All hoodies are unisex sizes.  Hoodies used will be either Gildan or Jerzees and will be 50% cotton and 50% polyester.

We offer sizes Small-2XL bigger sizes available upon request.

Shipping Policy

Shipping services are typically reliable but things do happen and weather/COVID events take place.  WE do our best to make sure you receive your items promptly and in good care.  However, we are not reliable for the product once it hands we hand it off to the shipping service. If you have to return a product we will give you the address of where to return the item to.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item unless otherwise stated.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Email:  Burning Presses@gmail.com We appreciate your business and understand at times things happen, or don't work out as planned.  We do not offer refunds, due to being custom and made to order.  We understand there are instances where refunds may be entitled due to defects.  This is what will be needed to see if you are eligible for a refund, but it is not guaranteed.
  1.  Email us at Burning Presses@gmail.com
  2. Send photo of the item and description of defect.
  3. You must contact Burning Presses within 3 calendar days of receiving the purchase.
  4. It must not have been washed, dried, or worn.
Please do not send your purchase back with contacting us first.  We may issue you a new item, partial refund or a full refund instead.  Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs, unless otherwise informed by our store.  It is up to our discretion if a refund will be given. Clearance and sale items are not eligible for any refunds.  All sales are final.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Contact us immediately at burningpresses@gmail.com.  If you order has not been shipped or had not been made we will try to accommodate changes or cancellations.  However, all order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours via email. We do not offer returns but we do know things happen and you might be eligible if your garment has a defect.  Please see refund policy for details on letting us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Other concerns, please see above and contact us.
