NOTE because of the way that beef are cut, getting a symmetrical eighth is difficult. The cuts available for an eighth are fewer than in a quarter and the price per lb reflects accordingly

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping or delivery to Wheatland, Cheyenne, and Casper areas on all orders over $45. We will contact you to confirm delivery times. We offer nationwide shipping on all other orders. Orders will be shipped via UPS and you will be sent an email with tracking information. We recommend our products be in transit for no more than two days. During winter months, three-day shipping is acceptable. We will not guarantee meat in transit for more than three days.
