Shipping Policy
Shipping services are typically reliable but things do happen and weather/COVID events take place. WE do our best to make sure you receive your items promptly and in good care. However, we are not reliable for the product once it hands we hand it off to the shipping service.
If you have to return a product we will give you the address of where to return the item to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item unless otherwise stated. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We appreciate your business and understand at times things happen, or don't work out as planned. We do not offer refunds, due to being custom and made to order. We understand there are instances where refunds may be entitled due to defects. This is what will be needed to see if you are eligible for a refund, but it is not guaranteed.

- Send photo of the item and description of defect.
- You must contact Burning Presses within 3 calendar days of receiving the purchase.
- It must not have been washed, dried, or worn.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Contact us immediately at burningpresses@gmail.com. If you order has not been shipped or had not been made we will try to accommodate changes or cancellations. However, all order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours via email.
We do not offer returns but we do know things happen and you might be eligible if your garment has a defect. Please see refund policy for details on letting us know.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Other concerns, please see above and contact us.
