At Range, we are proud to offer a lifetime guarantee on the construction of our leather products. This warranty covers defects in the manufacturing and/or materials of the product. The lifetime guarantee does not cover general "wear and tear", inappropriate care/use of leather goods and other buyer inflicted damage. We strive to produce the highest quality products and desire every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. In the event that you’d like to return one of our products, we will happily issue a full refund for the purchase price if the item is returned within 7 days of delivery and is returned in “like new” condition. Defects:
If there is a defect in a Range Leather product, we will exchange the product at no cost to the buyer if it is returned to us within 30 days. Photos will be requested to show the defect. Shipping fees will be paid by Range Leather and email contact@rangeleather.com with information and photos.
