Shipping Policy

All items packaged and shipped direct from Steph Bayne Photography & Ink. via USPS. Shipping fees vary product to product but will not exceed $20.00, with an average shipping cost of $7.00. Steph Bayne Photography & Ink. is not responsible for lost packages or damage that may occur during shipping. Expect delivery times to range from 5 - 10 days, depending upon production time.  

Refund Policy

REFUNDS/ RETURNS available for apparel. Other returns or refunds must be made by request to stephbayneink@gmail.com Cost of product will be refunded, however, shipping is non-refundable.      

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES:  may be made on like services/products, however, any shipping fees will still apply. CANCELLATIONS:  orders must be cancelled within 24 hours or a $25 fee will be applied to ANY order that is not cancelled within 24 hours.
