Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and should arrive in 3-10 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free Shipping Policy You must be logged into your Jackson Hole Fly Company account to receive free shipping. Our Free Shipping is available in the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Lightweight items (13 ounces or less) will be shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. This is trackable and normally arrives within two to four days. Heavier items ship via FedEx Ground® or UPS Ground. Delivery times range from one to five days, depending upon the distance to the destination. Expedited shipping is available. Please note the increased rates for expedited shipping. *Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses Jackson Hole Fly Company ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses may require an address correction charge and may be delayed. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties & Taxes Jackson Hole Fly Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages Jackson Hole Fly Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy We currently ship to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, South Korea parts of Europe, Asia , South and Central America. Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
